Mostly the toothpaste, because it (and my grandfather's strict 6 minute brushing advice) make my teeth look booootyful. But not in a gold pirate-tooth/gangsta way. Just, ya know, very white and shiny. Bitches. Sorry, I didn't mean to call you names. The mouthwash is pretty excellent too.
